TENDER DESCRIPTION

At all underground stopping points and at selected above-ground light-rail and tram stopping points, Stadtwerke Bonn Verkehrs-GmbH (SWBV) installs video cameras and emergency call and information pillars (NIS). As part of the project Digitalisation of the Data Transport Network and Passenger Flow Detection (DigiDaFa), the existing video cameras and NIS will be replaced with new digital systems and expanded to additional stopping points. In addition, the existing lift communication units, including the cabling, will be modernised. The re-equipping of the lifts is awarded by the contracting authority separately; this invitation to tender includes the network connection of the lifts up to the respective performance limit (handover box or network switch in the lift machine room). Furthermore, the existing proprietary network will be replaced with an IP network. In addition, the existing background system (intruder alarm system manager/GMA manager) will be renewed with a new backend IT infrastructure consisting of a Physical Security Information Management (PSIM), a video management system and an intercom system.
