TENDER DESCRIPTION

At all underground stops and at selected above-ground Stadtbahn and tram stop locations, Stadtwerke Bonn Verkehrs-GmbH (SWBV) installs video cameras and emergency call and information pillars (NIS). As part of the project digitisation of the data transport network and passenger flow detection (DigiDaFa), the existing video cameras and NIS are replaced with new digital systems and expanded to additional stops. In addition, the existing lift call points, including the cabling, are modernised. The contracting authority awards the conversion of the lifts separately; this invitation to tender includes the network connection of the lifts up to the respective point of performance limit (handover box or network switch in the lift machine room). The existing proprietary network is also replaced by an IP network. Furthermore, the existing back-end system (intruder alarm system manager/GMA manager) is renewed with a new back-end IT infrastructure consisting of a Physical Security Information Management (PSIM), a video management system and an intercom system.
