TENDER DESCRIPTION

Approximately 430 linear metres of building files are to be digitised, which are currently stored in a hanging registry, as well as approximately 190 linear metres of structural documentation in stand folders. Overall, around 620 linear metres of building files and structural documentation in the Building Administration area are to be digitised. Likewise, in the best case the digitisation process is also intended to be extended to the records relating to the stakeholders (property owners/contracting parties). The stakeholder records comprise around 38 linear metres and are stored in stand folders. The advertised contract will be awarded in the form of a framework agreement. The contracting authority undertakes to place orders for the advertised services for at least 400 linear metres of building files within 6 months after awarding the advertised framework agreement. A further acceptance quantity beyond this cannot be guaranteed. If services for further quantities are ordered, the orders will be placed in tranches of at least 60 linear metres each.
