TENDER DESCRIPTION

Approximately 430 running metres of building records are to be digitised; these are currently stored in a hanging filing system, as well as approximately 190 running metres of structural calculation documents in upright folders. In total, approximately 620 running metres of building records and structural calculation documents in the Building Administration area are to be digitised. Ideally, the digitisation process is also to be extended to the documents relating to property owners/adjacent parties (Anliegerakten). The Anliegerakten comprise approximately 38 running metres and are stored in upright folders. The advertised contract will be awarded in the form of a framework agreement. The contracting authority undertakes that, within 6 months after awarding the advertised framework agreement, it will call off the advertised services for at least 400 running metres of building records. An additional acceptance quantity beyond this cannot be guaranteed. If services are called off for further quantities, the call-off will take place each time in tranches of at least 60 running metres.
