TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the public contract is the implementation of upgrades, optimisation and comprehensive technical support for APIS – the University of Ljubljana Academic Business System. The contract includes regular maintenance and updates of the licence environment (SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Fiori, SAC, BTP and SAP HANA), preparation of ad-hoc analytical reports, and system adjustments due to legal changes (including the connection of Student Dormitories Ljubljana). The aim is to ensure safe, robust and stable operation of the entire information environment and to support the university’s digital transformation.
