TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority invites all interested suppliers to submit bids in the tender procedure for the public procurement Digital Platform Smart Velenje – Mobility. The subject of the public procurement is defined in more detail in the Project Assignment with attachments, which is an integral part of this tender documentation. The subject of the public procurement will be subject to coordination during the dialogue phase. The contracting authority will conclude a contract with the supplier for implementation and the rental period from the handover of implementation until 31 December 2029 (approximately 27 months), reserving the right after this period to conclude an addendum to the contract with the selected contractor to extend the rental period of the platform for up to 36 months, provided that the contracting authority has secured funds for the extension. The contracting authority will inform the contractor whether the rental period will be extended at least three (3) months before the expiry of the contract.
