TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority invites all interested bidders to submit a tender in the public procurement procedure Digital Platform Smart Velenje – mobility. The subject of the public procurement is defined in more detail in the Project Assignment with appendices, which form an integral part of this tender documentation. The subject of the public procurement will be subject to coordination during the dialogue phase. The contracting authority will conclude a contract with the bidder for the implementation and the lease period from the handover of implementation until 31 December 2029 (approximately 27 months), reserving the right after this period to conclude a contract amendment with the selected contractor to extend the lease period of the platform for up to 36 months, provided that the contracting authority will have secured funds for the extension. The contracting authority shall notify the contractor whether it will extend the lease period at least three (3) months before the expiry of the contract. The annex shall be concluded based on the unit price (per month) from the final bidder’s offer, taking into account the valuation adjustment as defined in the contract template.…
