TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract involves the supply and commissioning of a comprehensive data centre as a single architecturally coherent solution consisting of NON-IT technologies (electrical power supply, backup/redundant power, cooling/HVAC, fire protection, security, monitoring), IT hardware (computing, storage, network and GPU resources) and the related software (virtualization, containerization, object storage, management and presentation layers, AI services). These are data centres at two locations: the CVTI data centre in Žilina and the CVTI data centre in Bratislava, with the architecture and replications designed to include redundant infrastructure at the other location. The result of the performance is to be a single operating unit capable of securely and reliably providing IT services for research and development purposes, including the operation and training of AI models.
