TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract involves the supply and commissioning of a comprehensive data centre as a single architecturally coherent solution consisting of NON-IT technologies (electrical power supply, backup, cooling/VZT, fire protection, security, monitoring), IT hardware (computing, storage, network and GPU resources) and related software (virtualization, containerization, object storage, management and presentation layers, AI services). It concerns data centres at two locations: the CVTI data centre in Žilina and the CVTI data centre in Bratislava, with the architecture and replications taking into account redundant infrastructure at another location. The outcome of performance is to be a unified operating unit capable of securely and reliably providing IT services for research and development purposes, including operation and training of AI models.
