TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is an upgrade of the comprehensive existing Port Card system, which controls the consumption of energy and media for vessels via consumption pillars on the port infrastructure operated by the Directorate of Waterways of the Czech Republic. The subject of performance includes in particular: - implementation of a tool for fulfilling the functions of the Port Card via a mobile device (digital Port Card), - modernization of partial functionalities to improve user-friendliness, - upgrade of the technology controlling the consumption pillars to a contemporary standard (including software adjustments, replacement of electronic boards and deployment of firmware), - ensuring the supply of compatible components also for installations at other locations, - integration to the EuRIS portal to improve the accessibility of control services for the pillars from a unified environment of interconnected and harmonized River Information Services, - development of system design and implementation documentation, - providing support for the implemented system and related software tools, - conducting training and preparing as-built documentation.
