Background Region Värmland (Regionservice) has a need for IT support for calculations of cleaning time, scheduling of resources, optimisation of cleaning areas, follow-up and statistics, receiving additional orders, and visual support for employees so that they can view today’s work area from a colour-highlighted drawing on their mobile phone or tablet in real time. Need Regionservice has a need to use drawing documents within the framework of cleaning services. The region is now facing a procurement for a new Digital planning quality and follow-up system for cleaning services (cleaning system), where access to drawing documents is a prerequisite. Drawings may contain sensitive information and therefore guidelines are needed to ensure that the information does not end up in the wrong hands. Many so-called A-drawings are assessed individually as not being sensitive information, but taken together by all the drawings, the sensitivity increases.
