TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of this public contract is ongoing partial deliveries of medical consumables and other materials and bicarbonate cartridges required for the operation of a hemodialysis facility, including free lending of 24 units of new, not refurbished and unused dialysis devices for a period of 120 months. The performance includes delivery of the supplied goods to the place of performance and, for the dialysis devices, their delivery, assembly, installation, commissioning, trial operation with the participation of an application specialist, instruction of the operating staff by the application specialist, and comprehensive service provision including the required safety and technical inspections throughout the entire loan period. The subject matter of performance also includes delivery of the subject of performance to the place of performance, including installation of the loan item and bringing it into operation, conducting the necessary tests and calibrations for bringing it into operation, trial operation of the relevant partial portion of the loan item with the participation of an application specialist for a duration of at least 2 weeks, but no more than 4 weeks, and…
