TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of performance of the public contract consists of ongoing partial deliveries of medical consumables and other materials and bicarbonate capsules required for the operation of a hemodialysis unit, including the free loan of 24 new, unrefurbished and unused dialysis devices for a period of 120 months. The performance includes delivery of the supplied goods to the place of performance and, for the dialysis devices, their delivery, transport, installation, commissioning, test operation with the participation of an application specialist, instruction of the operating personnel by the application specialist, and comprehensive servicing, including the prescribed safety-and-technical inspections throughout the entire loan period. The subject of performance also includes delivery of the subject of the performance to the place of performance, including installation of the loan item and bringing it into operation, carrying out the necessary tests and calibration for bringing it into operation, test operation of the relevant partial portion of the loan item with the participation of the application specialist for a period of at least 2 weeks and no more than 4 weeks, and…
