TENDER DESCRIPTION

This agreement is a dynamic purchasing system (DIO) that makes it easier to provide contractor services, machines and equipment as needed. The main aim is that Arendal municipality can easily secure the correct competence and machines/equipment that can supplement municipal work teams when their own capacity is not sufficient. The offered services and equipment shall be adapted to municipal assignments. The assignments can vary in scope - from minor assignments carried out by a operator with the accompanying vehicles, to larger projects that require several work layers and extensive machines. Tenderers shall mainly supplement and possibly assist the municipal work teams when their own capacity is insufficient. It is therefore important that the offered services/materials are adapted to the municipal assignments, both in the form of competence, material and the ability to set up when the need is present. The work outsourced to the competition in the scheme will be of both a larger and smaller extent.
