The contract starts on the day it is signed by the second party. The total duration of the contract cannot exceed 8 (eight) months, but it remains valid until all obligations are fully met. The services must be provided within 3 (three) months from the contract's effective date, following the stages and procedures outlined in the Technical Specification. This service also includes providing access to an AI-based text simplification tool for a period of 3 (three) years, with licenses for at least 5 users. The service provision term can be extended for a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) calendar days under specific, unforeseen circumstances. A service provision schedule may also be prepared and submitted by the Buyer to the Supplier for approval within 14 working days of the contract's effective date, or as otherwise specified in the procurement documents.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the creation of an artificial intelligence-based automatic text simplification tool, or the adaptation of an existing market tool to meet the Buyer's needs, in accordance with the technical specifications. The Statement of Work summary includes providing the Buyer with access to this tool through a license for a period of three years, applicable to a minimum of five users. The services are to be performed remotely, with the possibility of organizing remote and/or in-person meetings between the Supplier and the Buyer concerning contract execution. The services must commence immediately after the contract's effective date and be provided within a three-month term. Orders for services will not be placed during the contract validity period. The initial contract value is fixed.
