TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract is intended to hire the service for SITE MANAGEMENT AND SAFETY AND HEALTH COORDINATION during the execution of the work described below. Given the special dedication required for this type of works, together with the scarcity of the staff and resources available, it is necessary to contract for Site Management and Safety and Health Coordination, which, through the continued dedication of a multidisciplinary team (specialists in mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, wastewater treatment processes, hydraulic works, quality control, environmental monitoring, safety and health coordination...), will facilitate the successful completion of the designed works. In accordance with Article 62 of the LCSP (Spanish Law on Public Sector Contracts), the Technical Director (Director Facultativo) shall be designated by the Contracting Authority and the Safety and Health Coordinator shall be integrated into the Technical Management team (Dirección Facultativa), as stipulated in Article 2 of Royal Decree 1627/1997.
