TENDER DESCRIPTION

Currently, Voortgezet onderwijs ISW Irenestraat, primary school De Nieuwe Weg, and childcare facility Kin-deropvang Simba are located at different sites in Poeldijk. These parties, together with the library and a number of cultural facilities, will be housed in a newly to be developed building for De Expeditie. At the site where De Expeditie is to be developed, the building of the auction house (Veiling) is currently located. This building will be demolished and the site will be delivered construction-ready for the new-build. Stichting Lucas Onderwijs, together with the municipality of Westland, is the Client and Contracting Authority for this Assignment. The Management and supervision assignment aims to contribute to the successful realization of De Expeditie within the stipulated boundary conditions with respect to quality, planning, budget, and cooperation.
