TENDER DESCRIPTION

Vaggeryds kommun and Värnamo kommun establish a coordinated Dynamic Purchasing System (DIS) that relates to Staffing Services for Social Workers. A Dynamic Purchasing System (DIS) is a process in two stages that provides for applying suppliers to be qualified in stage 1 for participation in the system. When the need arises for the municipalities, invitations to tender and contract award take place in stage 2. A DIS provides an opportunity but not an obligation for all qualified suppliers to participate in an invitation to tender in Stage 2.
