TENDER DESCRIPTION
Dynamic purchasing system (DIS) for vehicles and light trucks. Applications to the DIS can be made continuously. If the applicant meets the requirements set to be part of the DIS (fill in the mandatory requirements document and attach any requested appendices), they will automatically receive the "Specific procurements" announced in the DIS in step 2. More information about what the DIS is, how to apply (step 1), and how to respond to "Specific procurements" (step 2) is available in the procurement documents. Important information: The supplier has the option and is recommended to use the electronic ESPD form available in e-Avrop. If the supplier chooses to respond via the ESPD form, no proofs/certificates regarding exclusion grounds need to be attached to the tender. However, other certificates must be attached if requested at the application stage; otherwise, they will be collected after the application has been submitted. If the ESPD form is not used, a declaration of truth must be attached to the application along with the requested certificates. See the list of mandatory requirements.
