TENDER DESCRIPTION
This DIS is intended to cover the needs of the Umeå Energi AB group for various procurement support services. The need primarily concerns procurement consultants, but other related support within public procurement may also be relevant. Applicable laws are primarily the LUF, but also the LOU, LUFS may occur. The assignments may relate to specific projects, but also to longer, ongoing needs for additional resources for the procurement department.
