TENDER DESCRIPTION
LED display wall and media equipment The subject matter of the contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of an LED display wall including the software (management software, firmware and monitoring software), as well as support and maintenance. Dismantling of the display wall currently available at the contracting authority and handover to the contracting authority of the 16 dismantled 55-inch flat-screen displays (NEC UN551S). After commissioning and successful acceptance, a one-day user training course must also be carried out. In addition, availability of spare parts for a period of at least five years from the successful acceptance at the contracting authority on site must be ensured. The availability of spare parts does not apply to the LED modules and therefore applies to all other components of the LED display wall.
