The statement of work summary and core deliverables include:

• Design and Proposal: Presenting a design proposal memory for the stand in Catalan within 30 working days of contract formalization. This memory must contain elevated, plan, and three-dimensional planimetry clearly reflecting the final design and ensuring compliance with the technical specifications regarding design characteristics and materials used.
• Construction and Installation:
• Construction and installation of various stand elements such as platforms, ramps, walls, a counter, column coverings, flooring (including carpet or other suitable material with images/photographs), plinths, and all other complementary constructive elements as per the technical project.
• Installation of the complete electrical system and necessary lighting for the stand, including sockets, connections, wiring, and lights. This also entails contracting and installing the electrical panel and securing the required electrical power.
• Cabling of the stand's internal internet infrastructure and providing support for its installation.
• Establishing connections between the videowall, marquee, two monitors in the citizen service office simulation, and a vehicle.
• Provision and Production:
• Supplying all necessary furniture for the stand.
• Elaboration and production of architectural elements and final arts for all graphic elements (e.g., panels) according to the approved technical project.
• Elaboration and production of all required vinyls for stand signage.
• Logistics and Support:
• Transport, storage, maintenance, and cleaning of the stand elements.
• Providing technical assistance, cleaning, and managing electricity consumption throughout the event.
• After the event, performing the disassembly, collection, and packaging of any elements that need to be returned.
• Personnel: The contractor must provide at least three professionals: a Project Coordinator, a Graphic Design Manager, and a Production/Exploitation Manager.
• Delivery: The stand must be fully delivered and equipped with all elements (electricity, counters, signage, furniture, audiovisual and IT materials, service area, storage material) by February 24, 2027, at 18:00.
