The final product must be a complete, operational, responsive, accessible, secure, self-manageable web portal, aligned with Mogoda Serveis' corporate image, with the effective transfer of knowledge, documentation, credentials, and elements to the company.

The Statement of Work summary and core deliverables include:

• Consulting, Information Architecture, and Prototyping: Involves a kick-off meeting, project plan, validation of the sitemap, definition of menus, taxonomies, content types, navigation flows, quick accesses, elaboration of functional prototypes, and definition of a reusable and scalable content model.
• Visual Design, Usability, and Device Adaptation: Requires personalized graphic design consistent with corporate identity, responsive and mobile-first design, compatibility with major browsers, application of usability criteria, easy readability, visual hierarchy, consistency, fast loading, and two rounds of design review.
• Content Management System (CMS) and Functionalities: Implementation of an open-source CMS, updated and without unjustified technological dependence, with differentiated administration and editing profiles. The portal will initially be in Catalan and Spanish, prepared for future additional languages. Minimum modules include notices, news, agenda, campaigns, forms, human team, facilities, downloads, frequently asked questions, and featured links.
