TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement involves equipping and arranging a children's playground in Donja Dubrava at the location Ulica Krbulja, cadastral parcel no. 761/21, k.o. Donja Dubrava, Croatia, and everything by type, quality, and quantity as specified in the bill of quantities, descriptions, and the other requested conditions indicated in this Procurement Documentation. The equipment in question must meet the technical specifications defined in the bill of quantities, which represents Annex I of this Procurement Documentation. The equipment in question must fully satisfy all prescribed technical specifications and characteristics. The selected bidder is required to offer, and fully deliver and install, new, unused, and undamaged equipment, which must fully correspond to the technical specifications stated in this Procurement Documentation. All equipment/goods that will not meet the required quality or will not be installed properly must be replaced or reinstalled.
