Commissioning and operational support services for a thermal sewage sludge utilization plant The following procurement requirements arise for the services to be performed by the contractor in connection with the commissioning, transition and parallel operation as well as the operational support of the thermal sewage sludge utilization plants VERA (existing) and VERA 2 (new construction): 1. Commissioning Service Control Room (Operator) The contractor ensures continuous coverage of the control room position. At all times - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - this position must be staffed with at least one qualified person. 2. Commissioning Service On-Site Plant (Patrol Officer) The contractor ensures continuous coverage of the patrol officer position. At all times - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - this position must be staffed with at least one qualified person. 3. Coordination The contractor appoints a responsible coordinator and a deputy as central contact persons for the client for the entire contract period.
