Service contract_staff secondment commissioning of thermal sewage sludge recovery plant The following procurement requirement results for the services to be performed by the contractor in connection with commissioning, transitional and parallel operation, and operational support for the thermal sewage sludge recovery plants VERA (existing) and VERA 2 (new build): 1. Commissioning service for control room (operator) The contractor ensures continuous staffing of the control room position. At all times—24 hours per day and 7 days per week—this position is staffed with at least one suitably qualified person. 2. Commissioning service for on-site roundsman (roundsman) The contractor ensures continuous staffing of the roundsman position. At all times—24 hours per day and 7 days per week—this position is staffed with at least one suitably qualified person. 3. Coordination For the entire term of the contract, the contractor provides a responsible coordinator as well as a representative as central points of contact for the contracting authority.
