TENDER DESCRIPTION

Four ready-to-operate 630 kVA compact transformer substations are to be supplied, designed for a maximum power of 800 kVA. The substations consist of a 6/10 kV three-phase oil transformer in hermetically sealed design in accordance with EN 50588, Eco-design Regulation (EU) Phase 2, loss class AkAAo. On the MV side, Elastimold plug-in bushings are to be provided; on the LV side, shrunk DIN bushings are to be provided. Each substation is to be equipped with remote control technology that reports operating states to the central control room and receives remote switching commands from there. Furthermore, a mechanical rear interlock is to be provided that prevents switching of the load-break isolating switch in the ring cable bay as long as the earthing switch is inserted in the associated opposite cell. Only materials approved for building supervision may be used. The substations are to be delivered including accessories and complete technical documentation (including wiring diagrams, test reports, operating and maintenance manual, declarations of conformity).
