TENDER DESCRIPTION

Pursuant to Decree No 3/2018. (II. 21.) of the Ministry of the Interior, procurement of support services for the long-term maintenance and secure operation of the DMS ONE document management administrative system, including handling its faults and ensuring compliance with legal requirements, applicable to 150 user licences. During performance, the Contracting Authority expects, at minimum, the provision of the following support services: • Version and legal compliance service • Incident reporting – error and problem management • For each fault category, the Contracting Authority expects minimum availability service levels as specified in the technical description on working days and during working hours • For communication with the point of contact, the tenderer must provide reporting communication channels and contact details.
