TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as "DPS") for awarding contracts for the supply of accumulators and batteries intended as power sources for devices, especially Information and Communication Technology devices, which are commonly available on the market and classified according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (hereinafter CPV) within the scope of group 314. The subject of the contracts may also include the provision of related services such as delivery of goods to the place of delivery, unloading of goods at the place of delivery, collection and ecological disposal of unusable accumulators in accordance with § 48 para. 1 of Act 79/2015 Coll. on waste.
