3.1 The subject of the contract is the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system and the awarding of individual contracts within the announced DNS for the contract titled: "DNS - Forestry services in the harvesting process at OZ Horehronie, OZ Poľana, OZ Gemer." The subject of contracts awarded in the dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter "DNS") will be the execution of the harvesting process at OZ Horehronie, OZ Poľana, OZ Gemer. Forestry services in the harvesting process for the purposes of this public procurement represent a process including technological preparation of the workplace, tree harvesting, wood concentration at the transportation site, handling of timber at the transportation site into designated assortments, marking of data and recording them into IS (PSPD, others), and post-harvest site treatment. It is a professional activity focused on sustainable forest management in such a way and to such an extent as to preserve or improve their biological diversity, resilience, productivity and regenerative capacity, lifespan, and ability to fulfill forest functions.
