TENDER DESCRIPTION

Subject of the DNS The subject is the introduction of a dynamic purchasing system through which DIAMO, a state enterprise, will repeatedly award public contracts (subcontracted public contracts) related to the Metada Platform. The DNS is divided into four separate categories. A supplier may request inclusion in one or more categories provided that it meets the conditions set for the relevant category. Category 1 Metada Platform licences In this category, in particular the following sub-public contracts will be awarded: • acquisition of new licences, extension of the number or scope of licences and licence authorisations; • renewal, extension or change of the licence period, subscription, maintenance and related production support, • delivery of licence keys, authorisations, registration data and documents proving the legal origin of the licences, • basic licence cooperation without separate implementation or modelling deliverables.
