The contract becomes valid on the day it is signed by both parties and effective the day after its publication in the Central Register of Contracts.

The period of drawing from the framework agreement is specified as `[*]` months from its effectiveness, with a maximum of 12 months in accordance with § 58 par. 3 of the Public Procurement Act. This period concludes upon its expiration or when the maximum value set out in Article IV point 2 is reached, whichever occurs first. After this period, no new partial purchase agreements can be concluded, though already concluded partial purchase agreements will be completed within their agreed deadlines.

Delivery deadlines for individual partial deliveries or the subject of transfer are to be determined, specified as `[*]` days/months from the effective date of the respective partial purchase agreement or the main contract.

• Delivery of vehicles: This encompasses either a chassis for subsequent completion or a fully assembled vehicle with a superstructure. The type, category (N2/N3), quantity, and intended use of the vehicle must be specified.
• Basic Vehicle Parameters: Detailed specifications are required for maximum weight, useful load capacity post-completion, axle configuration and drive type, wheelbase, axle loads, engine power, transmission type, cabin configuration and seating capacity, overall dimensions, braking systems, and safety equipment.
• Chassis for Completion: If a chassis is supplied, it must include details on the frame and mounting points, spatial and weight reserves, auxiliary power take-off (PTO), hydraulic and electrical interfaces, and data interfaces. The supplier is responsible for providing mounting instructions, any limitations, and the manufacturer's documentation necessary for subsequent bodywork.
• Vehicle with Superstructure: For vehicles delivered with a superstructure, the type, function, capacity or volume, load-bearing capacity, dimensions, material, control mechanisms, safety features, and accessories must be defined. Functional tests, revisions, and user training are also required. The supplier must ensure all necessary approvals for the complete vehicle and provide documentation for the superstructure.
• Operational Aspects: This includes specifications for the drive system or fuel type, compliance with emission requirements valid at the time of delivery, and any requirements for ecological vehicles.
• Warranty and Service: The tender requires details on warranty periods for both the chassis (in months/km) and the superstructure (in months/operating hours), the scope of service, contact information for service, availability, and the availability of spare parts.
• Delivery Location: All deliveries are to be made to Automobilové opravovne Ministerstva vnútra Slovenskej republiky, a.s, Sklabinská 20, 831 06 Bratislava.
• Delivery Deadline: Delivery deadlines will be specified in days/months, commencing from the effectiveness of the purchase agreement or each partial purchase agreement under a framework agreement.
