TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of performance is to ensure ongoing supplies of medicinal products for the treatment of outpatients and hospitalized patients. The subject of performance shall be carried out in accordance with the contracting authority’s requirements specified in the individual public contracts awarded within the DNS on the contracting authority’s electronic profile. Through the DNS, qualified suppliers will be invited to submit tenders according to the contracting authority’s further specifications within the individual public contracts. The subject of this public contract is ongoing supplies of medicinal products. The expected quantity of medicinal products that will be the subject of the individual deliveries is set based on the contracting authority’s experience and a prediction of future consumption, and is stated in the table above. The quantity actually ordered may differ from the expected quantity depending on the development of the prescribing of medicinal products at IKEM, which is governed by the recommendations of the IKEM Drug Commission and the treatment protocols of the individual IKEM clinics.
