TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the supply of electricity from renewable energy sources for the contracting authority’s business premises, i.e. for all metering points, as listed in the appendix to the Contracting Authority’s Requirements Specification (ANNEX D/1c), in accordance with the contracting authority’s needs, the requirements of this documentation in connection with the award of the public contract (hereinafter: public procurement documentation) and the Contracting Authority’s Requirements Specification. The share of electricity obtained from renewable energy sources must amount to 100% of the supplied electricity. The selected supplier will be required to supply electricity also for other (new) metering points that will be established during the term of the contract.
