TENDER DESCRIPTION

Subject: “Supply of fire-fighting vehicle PV-1 together with the superstructure” — GOODS, in accordance with the Typification of fire-fighting vehicles of the Fire Association of Slovenia, applicable on the date of publication of the contract notice. The contract is carried out in two successive phases: 1st phase — delivery of a new base vehicle; 2nd phase — implementation of the superstructure of the same vehicle into a fire-fighting vehicle PV-1, including the required equipment, type approval (homologation) and inspection of compliance with the typification of the GZS. Deadline for performance of the 1st phase (delivery and successful acceptance of the base vehicle): no later than 15. 12. 2026. Deadline for performance of the 2nd phase (completed superstructure and final handover of the PV-1 vehicle): no later than 10.4.2027, within the period stated by the tenderer in the form “Tender” and transferred into the contract.
