The delivery and installation are anticipated to occur in January or February 2027. A minimum warranty period of 3 years will commence from the date of successful quality acceptance of the goods.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the "Delivery and installation of computer and network equipment for the Center Rotovž building." This includes the supply and installation of the equipment at the specified location and the removal of waste packaging.

The statement of work summary encompasses the following core deliverables and services:

Equipment Supply and Installation:

• Delivery and installation of IT equipment for the Library, UGM, Info point, Administration offices, and Server and network infrastructure.
• Specific computer and presentation equipment for public spaces (e.g., loan, information desks), and administration workstations are required.
• Server equipment, including Intel Xeon multi-processor servers with specific configurations, suitable for 19-inch rack installation.
• Network equipment, including firewalls (Fortinet or functionally equivalent) with required licenses, subscriptions, and security services for 36 months.

Configuration and Integration Services:

• Network Configuration: VLAN segmentation, Layer 2 and Layer 3 connectivity, redundancy and high availability, connections to the server environment, firewalls, and ARNES network, and management access.
• Wireless Network: Installation and integration of access points, configuration of SSID networks, integration with VLAN infrastructure, implementation of WPA2/WPA3 / RADIUS authentication, and optimization of the RF environment.
• Server Environment: Installation and configuration of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file services, and backup, along with basic documentation.
• Firewall Configuration: WAN and LAN connections, NAT and security policies, IPS/IDS and protective mechanisms, VPN connections, and HA cluster setup.
• Security Solution Implementation: Deployment of a manager-agent model solution with distributed architecture and central management to monitor the entire IT infrastructure, from workstations to firewalls and cloud services.
• System Integration: Integration with the client's existing infrastructure, including firewalls, Active Directory/Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and other agreed systems and services.
• SIEM System Connection: Establishing a connection to the existing SIEM system at another location, configuring event, log, and alarm forwarding/exchange.

Reporting, Testing, and Handover:

• Establishment of compliance reports for NIS2, ISO/IEC 27001, and GDPR, including automated periodic generation and distribution.
• Testing and verification of the entire solution, including simulation of selected attack scenarios and checking for correct detection, correlation, and alerting.
• Execution of activities without disrupting the production environment, in coordination with the client.
• Handover of complete technical documentation, settings, configurations, and management instructions.
• Provision of at least 4 hours of administrator training and final system handover with a signed acceptance protocol.

Warranty and Support:

• A minimum 36-month warranty is required for all equipment. For desktop computers and laptops, the provider must be an authorized service partner or demonstrate access to original spare parts, technical documentation, service procedures, and manufacturer's technical support.

The deadline for completing all works is 60 days from the client's written request, anticipated in January or February 2027.
