TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the public procurement procedure is to conclude a framework agreement with several tenderers who will, in this procedure, submit admissible tenders for the conclusion of the framework agreement and will be selected on the basis of selection criteria. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 36 months. The specified framework agreement will constitute the legal basis for the award of an individual contract; specifically, whenever the buyer demonstrates a need to award an individual contract, it may call on all tenderers with whom it has concluded a framework agreement to submit a tender. On the basis of each request for quotation, an individual contract will be awarded to the tenderer that, in accordance with the criteria, submitted the most advantageous tender, to which an order form will then be issued. The buyer is not obliged to award a specific minimum number of requests for quotations or individual contracts, since the number of future requests for quotations and contracts is objectively not determinable and depends on the amount of funds provided and the contracting authority's needs.
