TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this public procurement procedure is to conclude a framework agreement with several tenderers, who will in this procedure submit admissible tenders for the conclusion of the framework agreement and will be selected based on the selection criteria. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 36 months. The above framework agreement will constitute the legal basis for the award of individual contracts. Specifically, each time the buyer demonstrates a need to award an individual contract, the buyer may invite all tenderers with whom it has concluded the framework agreement to submit a tender. On the basis of each request for quotation, the individual contract will be awarded to the tenderer that, in accordance with the criteria, submits the most advantageous tender, who will then be issued a purchase order. The buyer does not undertake to place a specified minimum number of requests for quotation or individual contracts, since the number of future requests for quotation and contracts is objectively not determinable and depends on the amount of funds made available and the contracting authority’s needs.
