TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of stairs and a vertical platform, and renovation, and the attic in a public utility building 1. The contract includes the conversion of an office building located on plot 68/4 in Łęknica, situated at ul. 1Maja 2A. The conversion consists in building an upright lift platform for persons with disabilities, together with the construction of external stairs. The stairs and the platform will enable independent access to the 1st-floor and attic levels of the building. External reinforced-concrete stairs have been designed, with stainless-steel handrails with partial glass infill. Steps and landings – granite cladding. The vertical platform in the form of a self-supporting, glazed shaft from 3 sides. The contract includes the installation of the platform’s electrical system from the existing switchboard located on the ground floor level. On the 1st floor and the attic, the existing windows must be converted into aluminium doors forming access from the designed stairs and platform to the building.
