TENDER DESCRIPTION

Thermal insulation of the residential building of the Lesniczówka Huta site, inv. no. 110/566 1. The subject of the contract is a construction work consisting of insulating the residential building of the Lesniczówka Huta site, inv. no. 110/566. 2. The scope of work includes, among other things: - performing insulation of the building’s walls of the Lesniczówka; - removal of the panelling at the entrance to the residential part and installation of new cladding; - dismantling existing balustrades and making new ones; - replacement of terrace floors; - constructing a canopy over the entrance to the office along with the execution of new step cladding; - metalwork treatment of the chimney and installation of a new cowl; - dismantling existing and installing new gutters and downspouts; - demolition and construction of a new concrete curb/kerb around the building on the southern side; - dismantling and construction of a soffit (underside lining) made of sheet metal coated with coated sheet. 5.
