TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purchase of 1 pc of a motorcycle for the Traffic Police (travel enduro of the mid class with at least 60 kW) – see Appendix No. 1 Technical specification. Products sold in the Czech market are subject to approval before being placed on the market, for which the relevant certificates and documents are issued. The Regional Directorate of Police of the Capital City of Prague requires assurance that the purchased goods have been approved for the Czech market. The purchased goods will be operated on public roads in the Czech Republic, where operation is conditional on compliance with the legislation listed in the tender documents. For this reason, the following documents are required: “Certificate of approval of the technical suitability of the motorcycle type”, “Basic technical description of the approved motorcycle type”, and, in case the approved motorcycle type is changed, “Decision on the change of approval of the technical suitability of the motorcycle type” together with the relevant “Basic technical description of the approved motorcycle type”.
