TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this Public Contract is the conclusion of a purchase contract under which the selected supplier shall be required to deliver a complete set of vehicles of the BEMU type, intended for the regional passenger rail transport segment. With regard to the current conditions of the Tender Procedure, the Contracting Authority assumes delivery of a total of at least 13 regular vehicles intended for fulfilling public service obligations under the conditions of the Tender Procedure, each with at least 140 seats, with the option to transport, at all times, at least 2 invalid wheelchairs and simultaneously at least 2 prams. The exact and/or further requirements for the vehicles, including clarification of the final and binding number of vehicles, may be specified during the negotiations in the tender stage of the Contracting Procedure.
