TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract will be the supply of cleaning, disinfecting and hygienic PPE items for employees of the Financial Directorate and members of the Financial Administration. The contracting authority will order the subject matter for the relevant part from the successful tenderer in accordance with the Framework Agreement, based on written orders according to its current needs. Acceptance of the goods will be carried out by means of acceptance protocols. The successful tenderer is obliged to properly deliver and hand over the goods to the contracting authority at the agreed place, time, quality and condition suitable for use. The method of ordering and delivering the goods is set out in Article II of the Framework Agreement, which is a separate annex to the Tender Documents.
