TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system, which will be used for procuring commonly available goods intended to ensure hygiene, cleaning, disinfection and tidying/upkeep of premises, the need for which arises on an ongoing basis during the operation of the system and for which the exact scope, quantities and composition are not known in advance, in accordance with the principles of economy, efficiency, equal treatment, non-discrimination and transparency under the PPA. Among the goods commonly available on the market, this will mainly involve CPV groups 244, 337, 398, 429 and other related CPV codes listed in point 3.5.1 of these tender documents. The range of goods procured through this dynamic purchasing system includes, in particular but not exclusively, the following groups of goods: • cleaning agents (floor cleaners, window cleaners, WC cleaners, kitchen cleaners, bathroom cleaners, degreasers) • disinfecting agents (hand disinfection, surface disinfection, kitchen disinfection, disinfection for sanitary facilities, chlorine-based preparations) • laundry detergents (laundry powders, laundry gels, fabric softeners, bleaches, stain…
