TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of part no. 1 of the contract is to provide replacement bus transport in the Košice region, Trebišov circuit, with air-conditioned buses equipped with storage space for luggage, with a capacity of at least 40 seats on route sections requested by the contracting authority's order (hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the contract"). In such cases, the bus transport serves as a replacement for train connections operated by the contracting authority during the unpassability of the railway transport route or for technological reasons on the contracting authority's side. In specific cases, the contracting authority may request (after agreement with the supplier) vehicles with lower capacity. Individual trains are replaced by one to eight buses simultaneously. The number of buses per one train, timetable, and stops are determined by the contracting authority in the order annex.
