TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement comprises additional veterinary services, namely the veterinary examination and treatment of stray and life-threatening animals located at the Dubrovnik Shelter for Unhoused Animals, as well as animals that are not located at the Shelter but which the Shelter is required to treat, all in accordance with the Animal Protection Act (“Narodne novine” No.: 102/17, 32/19) and the Veterinary Practice Act (“Narodne novine” No.: 82/13, 148/13, 115/18, 52/21, 83/22, 152/22). Detailed description of the subject of procurement is provided in the Costing Sheet – Technical Specifications (Annex 1.) The Contracting Authority has specified the anticipated (estimated) quantities in the costing sheet due to the nature of the service being procured and it is not possible to determine the exact quantity in advance. The actual quantity procured on the basis of the concluded procurement contract may be higher or lower than the (estimated) quantity, and the selected tenderer will invoice at the end of the month the quantities actually used according to the unit prices accepted on the basis of its tender.
