TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of performance is understood to mean the carrying out of activities leading to the realization and ensuring of complete AV content for the exhibition and its subsequent implementation into the ecosystem of the general supplier of the exhibition. This is for the entire duration of the exhibition, whereby this content will constitute an absolutely crucial element (an audiovisual copyrighted work) in the Czech exhibition at EXPO Belgrade 2027. The subject of this selection procedure is the selection of the key creative-technological partner—supplier (hereinafter referred to as the supplier), who will ensure the comprehensive creative, content, production, and personnel implementation of audiovisual content, including a lighting scenario, animations, original music and sound tracks (voiceover) for the exhibition of the Czech Republic at EXPO 2027 in Belgrade.
