TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement within the meaning of Section 131 et seq. of the Act. The subject matter of the public contract is the supply of 10 (ten) buses of the type Midibus+ (Md+) intended for urban public transport, which the contracting authority, as the carrier, operates within the Prague Integrated Transport system („PID“). The contracting authority requires the buses to be delivered in the standard applicable to vehicles used within the PID system, i.e. inter alia in a specified unified design and with passenger information elements, with passenger ticketing elements and other mandatory technical equipment of the vehicle certified for operation in the PID, all in accordance with the technical specification which forms Annex No. 4 to the tender documentation and which will form the annex to the concluded framework agreement and the purchase contract(s) concluded on the basis thereof.
