TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement within the meaning of Section 131 et seq. of the Act. The subject of the public contract is the supply of 10 units (ten units) of buses of the Standard (Sd) type intended for urban public transport, which the contracting authority, as the carrier, operates within the Prague Integrated Transport system (“PID”). The contracting authority requires the buses to be supplied in the standard applicable to vehicles used within the PID system, i.e., among other things in a specified uniform design and with passenger information elements, with passenger fare collection elements and further mandatory technical equipment of the vehicle certified for operation in the PID; all of this in accordance with the technical specification which forms Annex No. 4 to the tender documentation and which will form Annex to the concluded framework agreement and the purchase contracts concluded on the basis thereof.
