TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the public contract is the purchase of 2 units of OPG panoramic X-ray units, meeting the current valid requirements (hereinafter referred to as the “Goods”), in accordance with the required Technical Specification. Further, the contracting authority requires the provision of service coverage and repairs, including delivery of spare parts, for a minimum of 24 months, and free performance of safety-and-technical inspections pursuant to Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices, or in vitro medical devices, as amended, which are necessary for operation of this equipment. The last safety-and-technical inspections must be carried out by the supplier no earlier than 1 calendar month before the expiry of the warranty period.
